It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Jul 4, 2025 #### Great location and place— service was poor The location was close to everything and the house itself was great! However, on VRBO, it was advertised as four full bedrooms with four queen sized beds. This is not the case, one of the bedrooms is a sofa bed, which was extremely misleading. Also we were provided almost completely used toilet paper and we were missing a lot of basic things that they stated were provided, like shampoo and conditioner. When we called Vacasa to request all the things we were missing, they were very dodgy and told us that we had to go out and get it ourselves, which is clearly not what was advertised. After stressing to them that a lot of the basic stuff was missing, they relented and said they would drop the missing things off. The only thing that was brought was shampoo and conditioner. They forgot soap, toilet paper, paper towels, towels, among other things. We didn’t want to deal with them further, so we had to go out and purchase it ourselves.
