Homeless camp right outside the parking lot fence, dogs barking in the hotel al night long, hot breakfast only served until the ran out they dont cook more or refill it throughout breakfast, building is old and rundown.

Rough area, but there could've still been better effort put forth by the staffing to make the stay more comfortable. There were unruly guests causing commotion for other guests and the staffs slow response time and effort to deescalate. Better cleaning efforts could've been made with rooms.

Not at all like the pictures or reviews. We disnt even stay the second night! Homeless and piles of garbage everywhere. Staff was rude. Elevator was broken. Guy in wheelchair had to be carried by his wife up the stairs to thier room. The pool and hot tub was empty and gross. The airport shuttle was not going and we had to pay $70 for an uber to the hotel.
