« Good experience , only issue was one elevator was out of order but the managemnt team showed that they cared and understood the guests frustration. »

« Clean and comfortable room »

« I usually appreciate Tru but his hotel in ABQ is very far from the usual standards of comfort of the others sisters locations of Tru hotels. First, staff is managed by Randi who has absolutly nothing to do with clients satisfaction. A intensive training to understand basics commercial behaviour seams necessary for this team... « Our room had a musty smell and the bed was hard, so we did not want to stay the extra night. It was too late for us to find a new place to stay.

« Very good customer service. Only Burger King close by by walking. 30 minutes walk to the balloon festival though which is great »

I said that a staff member checked weeks ago with housekeeping and they told me otherwise. I mentioned the request...
