"Overnight stay. Rooms are basic with tea and coffee facilities, bathroom with a bath and shower and Freeview TV (not satellite) as advertised. Bed was comfortable although extra pillows would have been a bonus as you only got one each provided on a double bed. The room had an inbuilt wardrobe with extra towels, blanket, ironing facilities and a small desktop fan. "

"A fabulous place to start your holiday. The rooms was really comfortable. Fabulous atmosphere in the communal areas and really convenient for the terminals. "

"We found The Resident an ideal base for a few days exploring Liverpool. Friendly staff, clean room, and a great central location which is in easy walking distance from the whole city centre area. I expect we'll be back next time we visit the city!"
