VRBO assistance never returned our calls trying to get checked in. The after hours answering service person was the rudest person EVER with the rental company. The property was listed incorrectly because we were told our 9 and 3 year old were to young to be in the pools even though we were in the pool with them. My 9 year old stepped on glass within the first 10 minutes of being in the condo. The main bedroom had a vinegar stinking smell ##### Beth R.
