I got to London from Montreal on april 26th morning. I had a booking to another hotel thru Hotels.com. Check-in was a disaster at the other place. I canceled and I booked at the Langham for 5 nights. 15 minutes after I was checking-in at the Langham. The lady at the Langham took good care of us with an amazing attitude. From there until the end of our stay, everything was amazing. Staff...food...Artesian bar...main restaurant...room...10/10.

The hotel was cute with a real europeen vibe. Hotel was quiet, in a quiet neighborhood and the bed and pillows were very comfortable.
The breakfast included was way superior to what you get with your room usually and was nice restaurant quality. The service was good too at the restaurant.
The only downside is there are limited facilities but they offer gym with an affiliate. Best hotel I have stayed in London and I have done many over the years! Will definitively go back there.
