"Our son goes to UVM and felt like exploring the area beyond Burlington. This was the perfect location for us to make day trips to bike the Colchester Causeway, get fresh apple Cider, take walks by the lake and see Montreal. The cottage is cozy and cute with lots of thoughtful touches, including robes, slippers, toiletries, local snacks and more. Was also great to be able to bring our dog who our son no doubt missed more than us! Highly recommend!"

"I book a fishing trip each year for my dad, a friend of mine, and me. This year we stayed at this lovely property in Pelots bay. Interior was as advertised, clean, and had beautiful rooms. As others have mentioned, there are quite a few steep stairs down to the dock/water, so if you’ve got small kids/anyone with limited mobility, just be aware of that going in. "We had a great trip and enjoyed good weather and absolutely amazing views. The cottage was equipped with everything we needed. My only negative comment would be about the beds/sleeping arrangements. The loft bed is not described well in the listing and is not a great option for “older” guests. The full size bed on the main level was not roomy enough and not very comfortable. That said, we went to enjoy a relaxing time on the shores of Lake Champlain and this place delivered!"

"You know those vacation properties where you get there and the house isn't half as nice as the pictures looked? Or the grill doesn't work and the owner is nowhere to be found? Well this is definitely NOT that property! The house was amazing, every bit as beautiful as the photos, the location perfect, and the owners made themselves available throughout the booking and our stay to answer all.of our questions. "Great spot for our whole family ranging from 11 years old to 85 years old. Fishing, swimming, paddleboarding, fire pitting, bbqing ect! Was great to have the downstairs space for the kids and the adults upstairs. We brought our own badmitton set and paddleboards along with board games for entertainment but the house was equipped with necessary lifejackets and a cornhole set. There were no complaints at all....would love it if there was a hot tub to sit out in and gaze at the beautiful...
