« The property was just as described and listed on Vrbo. Check in process was easy. House was clean. We were in town for back to back concerts. Love being able to hang out prior to heading to the shows. The kitchen being stocked allowed us to cook simple meals (breakfast) and save on going to restaurants. If the need to stay in Buffalo came up again, we would without a doubt book this property again! »

« Had a nice time. Very quiet. The arrangement of the bathroom and bedrooms is very bizarre. I do not recommend bringing kids if you want privacy with your partner. No door on main bedroom and bathroom is inside the main bedroom. Accordion door for secondary bedroom. »

« This is an amazing place for staying in Buffalo. Host was super cooperative( helped me to correct my booking dates). House was super clean, everything was ready for welcoming guests. The area is quiet and safe, close to everything you need to see. I really enjoyed my trip with Jerome’s place. Strongly recommend this place over any other around the city. »

« Good communication with owners…helpful directions & info We loved the area, especially Marilla County Store( spent 2 hrs still didn’t see it all!) enjoyed walks in neighborhood!! Alton’s restaurant has good brunch, TGS family owned barbecue out of this world!! Both close by. Pretty Victorian interior, clean bright open kitchen, charming parlor, bed comfortable, bathroom showers need to be cleaned better ( only disappointment) Overall, 3 1/2 - 4 stars rating. Nice experience!! Love this area!! »

« This was a 2 night rent with my family it was quiet, decently decorated. The only recommendation I’d say would be the cleaning I had to scrub the tub out before I would use it. The toilet had been fixed recently and had it all over sides of toilet which made it feel dirty. Other than these 2 issues I’d rent it again. They left towels, soap, hair dryer which was great I forgot mine!, they had an iron. The beds are so comfy u definitely get good night sleep for sure! »

Check in was a little confusing one email said 3pm one said 4pm. However when a called I was allowed access. Hosts were very nice and accommodating »

« We had the great fortune of renting this property with our adult children for the eclipse. Wonderful, cozy home with several sitting areas so we all had our own little area to relax and unwind. We had everything we needed. The pool table was a lot of fun. The beach was lovely and unique with great views of the Buffalo skyline. Went to a Sabres game and we were home in 17 minutes. Will definitely rent again. »
