"Downstairs apartment was lovely. Quiet, amazing big deck, roomy shower, comfortable big bed. Tried the tub but never got the water to warm up… but not s problem in the heat of August! Worried about the tight parking, but it turned out that the other renters were my brother and his wife, that was awesome! (We only knew we were on the same street…) Coffee on thd deck with the pine trees was perfect."

"Great house located near Ukiah. We were there on business with a crew of 5 works. We had plenty of space, with quiet surroundings and a very clean and beautiful home. Owner was easy to communicate with, instruction were clear and easy! I will definitely come back when we return for more work! "

"I’m obsessed with how cute and lovely this stay was, we really felt spoiled by Valerie! The house was well designed, spotless, and even had a fridge fully stocked with yogurt and almond milk and delicious granola. Valerie and her beau were absolutely lovely and it was a pleasure to meet them! Great location, walking distance into town. Can’t recommend this place enough! "

"We had the best weekend having a birthday celebration! We spent most of the time at the house on the water! We fished from the dock every night and caught a couple of catfish! We had dinners out on the patio and used the gas fire pit! We played lots of pool! We paddle boarded! This VRBO has it all! It was clean, had all the kitchen essentials! We absolutely loved this place and are already planning our next trip! The host was amazing! 10/10 recommend! "

"We came into town for our friends Labor Day party and were able to rent this amazing cottage right on the water. The views from the back deck are absolutely gorgeous! House a very spacious lay out with two good sized bathrooms and a really nice kitchen. We were able to BBQ dinner one night while taking in the lake views. Will hopefully stay here again in the future!"

"We went over the bridges and through the woods to Grandmothers house! Very peaceful and pleasant homey space. Everything was ready to go, kitchen is well equipped, porch swing is waiting and the view is unbeatable. We lucked out with our own Lady of the Lake, a neighbor who turned us on to the cool history and geology of the area and gave us a tour on her speedboat!"

"The house is amazing. We stayed here because our daughter was getting married at Red Barn Ranch and this house is only 5 minutes away. The house was clean, thoughtful decorated and made you feel right at home. The views are amazing in the morning with coffee."

"The property is very nice and roomy. Wonderful views from the living room/kitchen/ and master bedroom. The dock is also very nice and long - we really enjoyed getting together in the morning and for the sunset. The TV room had a couch that had a broken cushion. We stuffed a pillow in there and made it work, but the couch should be replaced. "We booked this place last minute Labor day weekend. I'm surprised a place like this was still available. My two boys fished all weekend from the docks. They loved it. Caught plenty of fish. Host communication was great. Easy check in and out. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"This place has literally everything you can ask for when staying on Clearlake. So much space for a large family and for having others over for a BBQ. I asked my group what is one negative thing and they could not think of anything. We will be staying every year going forward this is our place. One major advantage is that the rental company for lake toys is right next door. We had the best time staying at this house. I have rented a lot of places over the years and this was by far the best one."
