Stayed 4 nights over a busy festival weekend and the staff were fantastic! The property, location, pools, breakfast and everything were all great, no complaints, but the customer service was exemplary. Everyone from the front desk staff to housekeeping to others we ran into throughout our stay were friendly, helpful, accommodating and really went out of their way to make our stay great! Will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Excellent location, room was very nice. Glad to see they had a safety bath pad that most places don't use anymore. Breakfast buffet was fair. Cold eggs. But very good coffee. Parking fee was extravagant.

The hotel is a little on the older side. However, everything was working and our room was spotless. The staff were really friendly and helpful when they were needed. I was in town for a concert at the OLG stage, which at most is a 5 minute walk away.
