"The lady that prepared the food in the morning was charming and interested in our travels. She was very efficient, frequently checking to see that there was adequate food for her guests and restocking. She was always on the move, wiping down the serving area and removing trash. We owned restaurants and we recognized that she’s an asset to your business"

"I was not impressed with this hotel. The elevator needs to be looked at because it doesn’t feel safe. The air is stale and the carpet is old. The chair in my room was stained and dirty looking. The shower has no handles or slip resistant mats."

"Couldn't keep up with coffee. Sunday morning a baseball team was eating breakfast so they pretty much took up the eating area. An hour later the hot items weren't hot/ lukewarm . Had to wait for coffee. NO ELAVATOR. Had to walk up 18 steps with your luggage plus no cart to put luggage on as we were on the second floor. Railings wobbly, not secure."
