This amazing second floor unit is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath with a large open living room and breathtaking views of the sand and Pacific Ocean. Everything is brand new from the furniture to the beds. The Space: This beautiful, newly remodeled, upper unit with an ocean front balcony is in the heart of Balboa. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is perfect for your next family vacation. A short stroll down Balboa Boulevard brings you to the Balboa Pavilion, Fun Zone, Ferry and many restaurants and boutiques. Once in the home, you will walk up the stairs into the open air layout of the living area. With a large, cozy couch to relax after a long day or watch the sunset from inside, and 2 dining tables with plenty of seating for the whole crew. There is a shallow balcony just out front the living area that is the width of the home, with stunning ocean front views. Just past the living area is the fully equipped kitchen with everything you may need and a powder bathroom. Just down the hall are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen bed and the other with a twin over a full bunk bed. These 2 rooms share the full bathroom in the hallway. At the end of the hall is the master bedroom with a king bed and an en suite full bathroom. The home has a shared garage with 1 parking space for this unit and a shared washer and dryer. This is the perfect place to come relax in peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the busier parts of the Balboa Peninsula. \*Please be aware there is construction right next door. City construction hours are only allowed M-F 7am-5pm STLP 13685 The Neighborhood: Located near the Balboa Village which is a quaint, small beach town consisting of only 3 small blocks adjacent to the Balboa Pier. Here you can peruse the shops, restaurants, bars, and FUN Zone. Take in the views off of the Balboa Pier, rent a bike or a kayak, or go whale watching or deep sea fishing from the many boats that leave the Balboa Pavilion daily.
