With six bedrooms, four bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, and two inviting living rooms, this home is thoughtfully designed to host large families or groups. Located in the heart of Newport Beach, you're only minutes from local dining, charming cafés, boutique shopping, and popular attractions like the Balboa Pier and Fun Zone. Inside, the home opens into bright, airy living space with ocean views. Directly out in front of the Home is miles of beach where you will find Volleyball Courts, Fire-Pits. From our home, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula, balboa island, or down to Huntington Beach (45-minute ride 1 way) along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, Surfboard/Paddle-board Lessons all within a 2-15 minute walk, you will never need to travel far. For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure, the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures all depart from the docks across the Street. For those of you with kids, the Balboa Fun-Zone is also just across the street making this home an ideal location for families. For those of you with the itch to shop, we recommend hopping on the ferry to Balboa Island. If you can't find what you are looking for, the world-famous Shops at Fashion Island has it all located just a 5-minute taxi ride from the Island. IMPORTANT HOME NOTES: \- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking. \-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit. \- Upon arrival, the guest will be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management. PETS - This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Please note, not all breeds will be permitted on property and will be subject to the discretion of the property manager. Pets are not to be left unattended at any time.
