Doyle's Beach & Boardwalk is a collection of 7 beach condominiums in Newport Beach, CA. Located next to the Newport Pier, you wont find a better location central to all the greatest eating, playing, shopping, and relaxing that NB offers. This 4 bedroom condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen and living room. There is a communal BBQ located by the parking area for your use. There will be 4 beach chairs and a beach umbrella for use. You will have your whole condo and also share a common area with a condo across the hall. This area is large with hooks for clothes and towels and a bench for changing. It is a great place to store shoes and help keep your condo clean. We will have a manager on call at all times, and can be there in less than 10 min. for any issues. Located centrally to the Newport Pier, there are literally hundreds of great places to eat, shop and play within walking distance. With a safe & friendly town square 40 yards away, this is a great place for parents to let their kids roam with no worries. We can possibly provide up to 2 parking spots depending on size of vehicles and availability. (HUGE for summer rentals.) first booked, first reserved. But we believe the best way to experience Newport is by bike and boardwalk.
To ensure cleanliness, all of our linens come freshly wrapped from a linen service. Sheets and linens for the bathrooms will be wrapped on your bed upon arrival.

Walkable Beachfront

We love staying here because it is close to the beach, shops, restaurants, the best Churros, the pier and a fun waterfront park. Plenty of space for our family.

Beautiful view and apartment

This home is just steps from the beach and has a lovely view even though it is not directly on the beach. The owners are very nice and gave us great recommendations for local places to try (try seaside donuts!). There are great restaurants, shops, and a weekend farmers market just a few steps away. This was a great place to stay for a family getaway.

Great Location for a beach vacation

We traveled from Montana to California as a 40th birthday vacation. Because of covid only 3 were able to go. There was plenty of room. Nothing fancy but it was clean and steps from the beach with a great view! Read the full description of property! We had to make up our own beds and towels were limited. Bedding not like pictures but still comfy. Property management was super wonderful and very friendly going above expectations. We would stay again and next time bring our families! Walking distance literally steps away from beach restaurants bike rentals and surf lessons. It was a great location for our trip.

Unfortunately, our stay was not ideal. It was extremely hot and the fans that were in the rooms were very dusty and dirty. The Wy-Fi was terrible, we lost power for a while and we lost water also.Meagan came over right away and we were able to get it figured out. She was great to work with. I know that you are relatively new owners and I hope that you can figure out solutions. Thanks for the stay. Having the towels and sheets available was great and also not having to pay for laundry.

Wonderful location! Would visit again!

We were met as promised and check in was very easy. Loved having an enclosed garage to park vehicle. The views were wonderful and even though it is not right on the boardwalk, the balcony and the windows from inside had a view of the beach and a few mornings that didn't have fog were very beautiful. Had six children with us and they loved the proximity to the beach, food, pier and the boardwalk. The place was clean and well kept. There are a few things in the kitchen that could use replacing but nothing major. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back again. The 8 of us were very comfortable in the space and with the quality of beds, pillows, etc. It is so close to restaurants and the bay that makes it very easy to walk to fun activities. It is a great place to stay and we would recommend it. Thanks Sam for providing a great place for our family to stay. We will be back!

A wonderful beach getaway

We had such a wonderful stay. The owner was responsive and helpful during the booking process and throughout our stay. My family (8 total) came down for a weekend stay and the unit had everything we needed. We spent the weekend walking on the boardwalk, grilling on the balcony and enjoying the amazing views. We will definitely be staying here again!
