« This was the perfect little spot for our family to stop and stay on our way to dropping our daughter at camp and enjoy Williamstown. Our hike at the Clark Institute was a highlight along with the proximity to downtown’s great restaurants.We were talking about how gorgeous it must be in the fall… when it must be even more scenic and amazing. »

« It was the short weekend runaway we needed and were looking forward to. It's a quick ride to Pittsfield but we decided to cross the border to Manchester, VT. The place was as described, quiet, clean, secluded but easy to find. The Lake was fantastic but, due to weather, decided against taking the kayaks out. Perhaps next time. Thanks to Rich for being a great and gracious host! »

« Great place to stay! Very cozy & comfortable with a creative flair to the decor. Definitely recommend for a relaxing getaway with convenient access to general store and nearby wilmington. We especially enjoyed the hot tub with lake views!! Our only recommendation would be to keep a path around the firepit down to the dock mowed/trimmed. « I stayed here with my husband, two year old, and my parents to attend a wedding in Williamstown. It was the perfect quiet beautiful place to recharge! The two primary bedrooms are on the same floor as the front door, and the room with bunk beds is on the lower level, as is the kitchen. It was nice that the kids room got so dark for sleeping. »

« Jandie's was the absolute best rental house we have ever stayed at. The house was clean and well kept, everything felt brand new. The set up was great, open kitchen, dining room and living room and made entertaining very easy. The kids had their own room and enjoyed spending time together in their own space. « Easy walk to town. Enjoyment limited by construction and blasting at both ends of Housatonic. No bedroom on ground floor; steep stairs to bedrooms. Four roomy upstairs bedrooms. Well appointed kitchen. Shana very helpful in addressing minor needs. Window frames need cleaning; some windows on back porch very hard to open. »
