"The Worst Stay Ever
This was by far the most disappointing accommodation we’ve ever experienced. The place was filthy upon arrival — so much dust, dead insects, crumbs in the kitchen, and hair from previous guests that it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. We immediately reported it, and while a cleaning team was supposedly sent, nothing improved. We have multiple photos to prove just how dirty it was. We booked this place specifically because it advertised a washer and radiator....

"V disappointed. Stayed in room 12. I would not recommend this room PAY for the room upgrade. Mattress was thin and uncomfortable. 1 window Looked out over fire escape and the day befores cages of laundry the other window 3ft from double juggernaut motorway soooo noisy. The bathroom was v smelly. Lake view rooms looked massively better. A specific waitress with dark glasses at breakfast was just horrific. Judgmental, rude, no Customer service or hospitality we didn't have breakfast again because of this."
