Unfortunately due to train delays, we didn't arrive until after the reception was closed for the night, however, communication from the property was excellent and very reassuring and full access details were provided. The room was lovely with a large very comfortable bed. An excellent shower room and separate, large toilet. Toiletries were good and slippers also provided. Tea and coffee were provided together with a minbar. Next day we were able to leave our bags whilst we did some sightseeing before continuing our trip. So homey and quaint. Please the view!!! Best part, especially over the Christmas holidays where you can enjoy the view of the Duomo all lite up from your balcony. Excellent shower. Dual sinks. Very close to the boat docks and shopping. I especially loved the ambient faux fireplace! The only issue I had was with the shower. The rainfall shower head flooded the floor partially and the water took way too long to heat up.
