Comfortable, spacious home that is centrally located in a nice neighborhood just 10 minutes drive to both Nelson CBD, Richmond, Tahunanui beach and the airport. Supermarkets are 5 minutes drive away in Stoke. Walking distance to close bus stop and a cute wee cafe and convenience store. The house has a fully stocked kitchen. The beds are comfortable with good bedding and linen. There is a 55 inch TV with Netflix supplied. I live downstairs with my two small friendly terriers. Well behaved dogs are welcome but cannot be barkers or chewers.
