"I really enjoyed the bartender. He was very pleasant and helpful. The manager at the bar was exceptional as well. Front desk lady was pleasant and understanding. I did not like that you have to pay for parking when they have a private parking lot. Also the incidental fee was $100.00 I thought that waa a bit expensive as well. The bathroom waa really tight. "

"I throughly enjoyed my stay here, it was affordable for my family and there are restaurants and shopping conveniently located nearby. I enjoyed the free daily breakfast bar and its selection, I was also happy to see chocolate milk offered as this is a current favorite for my picky little eater. The room was clean, updated and quite large as well as quiet. I will stay here again during my next visit to the Short Pump area and will also consider it for a visit to the Richmond area in general as there is a nearby bus stop and the public transportation is top tier.
