"Where do I even begin with this place?! Absolutely amazing, staff were amazing, it's very downtown, rooms are immaculate, facilities are amazing (pool room, state of the art kitchen, showers etc). The fact the have men's sport soap in the showers that smells amazing is class. Rooms are so cosy and warm, it's so cheap. The best thing, they're non for profit and they're so so environmentally friendly. Would recommend and I will definitely visit again!!"

"At check in I requested cleaning during my stay however I did not receive any. When booking it stated “tub/shower combo” when I checked in I confirmed only to be told the room I requested actually didn’t have a tub. I was travelling with 2 small children therefore a tub was necessary. The reception staff seemed annoyed she had to “upgrade” me to a room with a tub & have housekeeping move the crib which was already placed in the original room. Dishes in the room were dirty. Only 1 elevator went to the parking so you always had to use one to get to the main level then another for the parking which was inconvenient. "

"Room was nice, could have been cleaner. the rooftop pool and sauna was a real treat. its a great location and has a Starbucks and the Keg. I like the option to take the +15's to my meetings or just for a walk. "

"Booked to attend a game at the Saddledome and it was very walkable. The area around the hotel is lovely, so many great restaurants and cafes to choose from! The staff was amazing and so nice, and you can never go wrong with Nespresso coffee machines and real milk! Would absolutely go again and truly enjoyed my stay."
