"When we checked in our room on the 5th floor the AC was broken and it was HOT! I asked for maintenance to be sent up to work on it, but we were trying to get ready for a wedding in a 100* room. I went down to the front desk and asked if we could switch rooms and the kind man working the front got us switched right away, AND it was on the same floor NEXT DOOR to my family. It was so amazing and kind of him to do that for us! Can't recommend enough! "
"Close to TT Hospital and Campus. Always a very clean and well managed Hotel. Staff at all positions are extremely nice and professional. Have stayed numerous times and Hotel is always in good condition meet expectations."

"Everything was wonderful. Check in was easy and the front staff was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast had plenty of options. The room was comfortable and spacious. Outside/other room noise didn’t keep me awake like it normally does, also. "
"Great atmosphere. The food was delicious and the drinks were even better. AC was blowing hot air when we got there. I called the front desk and they had maitenance out in 5 minutes to fix it. After that the room temperature was fantastic. Overall fantaetic stay."
