"Yes it was, the staff were exceptional, young man when we were leaving for the airport and needed to find our laundry which should have been delivered by an outside laundry, totally saved us. He called the laundry which was about to close for the day. Offered to go with us in the taxi that he had ordered to assist with dealing with the laundry. We didn’t require that but he already called them to establish our laundry was there. PS if staying at the hotel DO NOT USE Arthur’s laundry service. Charged us for delivery and didn’t follow through!!!!"

"Perfect location if you want to see actual wildlife with out having to search for it extensively. Location provides a peaceful spot as it’s not on the main road. Many other tourists we met said they could sleep well because traffic a people were so loud along the strip/main road. We saw monkeys on a mango tree right outside our room and many exotic birds too. There’s also a beautiful peacock that greets you every time you come back to the property. Very safe spot too. This is the place to stay in cahuita/pueto vargas for sure. The owner is also very educated with the area and gave us many suggestions for adventures and sight seeing that never disappointed. "
