O quarto parece uma estufa de tão quente!
O quarto é confortável, o problema que tornou a hospedagem insuportável foi o fato de ter 2 motores de ar condicionado na nossa varanda, que impossibilitava deixar a porta da varanda aberta ou ir até ela. O calor era insuportável, pois os vidros absorviam o calor e transformava o quarto numa estufa. Não dava pra ficar com a porta aberta nem o ar dava conta. Fiquei o mínimo possivel. A dormida era uma agonia por causa do calor. Acordavamos de madrugada suados de tão quente q era o quarto. Tinha tudo pra ser ótimo, mas Deus me livre de voltar ali.

Edifício antigo e com mau cheiro, atendimento ruim
Infelizmente a hospedagem foi horrível, edifício possuía mau cheiro nos corredores, fomos surpreendidos com o apartamento sujo, bagunçado, com lixos e fedendo. Ao entrar em contato com a administradora, o atendimento foi confuso.

Descuido com o bem estar do hóspede q não retorna.
Lamentável. Ao chegar para o checkin o split do quarto não funcionava pois não tinha controle remoto. Tivemos q colocar a cama de solteiro na sala pois o calor era insuportável. A internet não funcionava. Solicitamos o código, o primeiro errado e o segundo não havia conexão. Só foi ligada no dia seguinte assim como a TV a cabo. A pia do banheiro saia água abundante pela torneira inundando o banheiro. A descarga funcionava abrindo a tampa e colocando um botão no lugar. O material de limpeza ficava no chão do banheiro molhado pelo vazamento da torneira da pia. A sujeira estava no chão e nas portas. Havia uma única cadeira na quase mesa/bancada da pequena cozinha para 4 pessoas. Os pratos, copos e panelas (sujos) ficavam na bancada da pequena pia sem uma prateleira ou escorredor. O blackout do quarto com buracos, penetrando sol e "salpicando de estrelas nosso chão", como na música Chão de Estrelas.O interfone estava com fio solto sem ter onde conectar, não funcionando. Fui atendida por diversos funcionários após várias tentativas por whatsapp: Júlio, Ana, Lucas, Patrício... com desculpas sobre alguns problemas que só foram solucionados no dia seguinte com a promessa que me devolveriam 1 diária. Nenhum contato ou providência foi tomada nesse sentido. Aguardo! A reclamação da limpeza do imóvel foi desconsiderada sem nenhuma providência. Pontos positivos: vassoura e rodo novos, garagem ampla, edifício silencioso e bem localizado, com vista mas apto em péssimas condições.

Foi uma boa experiência contando custo e benefício, mas a área da piscina e a escada que leva até a piscina é totalmente escuro, sem iluminação nenhuma ! Fora isso foi Ok! Apenas o apartamento poderia ter mais copos e talheres, no flat tinha apenas 2 garfos e 1 copo !
