« Kerby was a superb host and described the home accurately. The location was very peaceful yet close to all area attractions/beaches/restaurants. The home was well stocked with all kitchen items and bathroom items as well as extra towels. We will definately request to stay again...and highly recommend. »

« This house is well appointed and clean. No issues with the overall accommodations. Two items to note. This is a small house and while technically can sleep 10, we had 6 adults and it was crowded. Small bathrooms and limited seating in the house. Second, the back yard is adjacent to the hospital HVAC system and dumpsters. Chiller fans are constantly running and dumpster lids slam several times a day. »

He said that this house has been in his family for decades and that he has repeat guests every year. The owner was aware of the unit floor sagging a couple of inches to the middle of the floor (like a shallow bowl) and the texture and paint peeling off and hanging from the ceiling in different rooms, the boards missing from the laundry closet wall exposing the inside of the wall(literally...
