The room was clean and property management was very easy to communicate with. The building is loud though and you can hear people walking in the halls and above you. It was clean and a close distance to broadway. There were some things that were not great. The location does not advertise there is a homeless shelter near by full of aggressive men. Also the outlets in both bedrooms did not work the whole trip. There is one level in each garage. Clearer instructions would be that the free parking garage is on the same level as the lobby. Half of our towels were damp upon arrival. It took three days after a ticket was submitted to deliver one extra towel. Plugging anything in the 2nd bathroom outlet tripped the breaker. After four days of complaint, I was able to plug in the blow dryer and use after resetting the breaker twice. Good Night Stay does have 24/7 service and responds immediately, however, you may have a different person each time and need to repeat your request. We never found an employee working in the lobby area for assistance. This is not an area I would feel comfortable walking home to at night. ##### Lori R. Close to broadway, we chose to use Lyft (cheaper than Uber) and the walk was more than 15min. Great place to stay at! Management replied to us right away. Only downfalls is the garbages bags already in the garbages are the only ones you get. And you only get two rolls of toilet paper. We had to go buy more of bags & papertowel/toilet paper. Also neighborhood is a lil sketchy. Homeless shelter right across the road and can sometimes hear people yelling. Other than that great stay!! ##### Raegan M. Figuring out the app to gain access to the building and parking garage upon arrival was very difficult. There were not enough details given for us to figure it out easily and finally came upon the maintenance man that was able to help us get in. This was party central so it is great location for your bachelorette/bachelor parties as it is close enough walk to downtown bar strip. Pool is very tiny for that many apartment units and again if your with family forget about the pool it’ll be stuffed with drunk people and no elbow room. Location is next door to the missions center so a little sketch with numerous street sleepers but never seemed dangerous and the property security system is very high tech locked down and easy to use with Latch App Very clean unit It is advertised to fit 8 people We only had 5 and fit comfortably But I can’t do the math on how you would fit 8 without bringing an air mattress Living Room has a couch that does not fold out, it is simply good as a twin bed The secondary room has a bunk bed. Bottom is full size, top is twin. There is also a chair in that room that converts to a twin size floor bed So 4 could fit in there. And then the master bedroom is a King size bed So I believe 7 could fit if 2 share that bottom bunk Otherwise this is a fits 5-6 comfortably unless they get a fold out couch in the living room or provide air mattress. This property was a great choice for our work/vacation. Two adults traveling with our 5 kids. Great space. Lovely balcony with seating over looking the downtown area. Pool area is great however on weekends you’ll have to go early. Is walking distance to broadway but will take 10 mins or so. It is in a neighborhood in transition so expect to see people from all walks of life however it is busy with tourists and we never felt unsafe. Building had excellent security. Parking is included IF you manage to get a spot. Otherwise you need to park in another lot which gets expensive. Good bedding and linens. I like the extras the ‘goodnight’ provided. We had a fantastic experience at this property. The room was pristine and felt brand new, adding to the comfort of our stay. The Goodnight Stay team was prompt and attentive, making our experience even more enjoyable. Its close proximity to Broadway and the convention center was incredibly convenient. It's worth noting the presence of a nearby homeless shelter, which might be a concern for safety when walking outside at night.
