"We particularly liked the choice of furnishings-clean, simple, but more conveniently used than others. Front desk clerks were super. Handled the many very active children there in a professional manner, were very polite and helpful. One negative, our window blind did not function properly, so we had too much light thru the night and did not sleep well."

"Checked into our room that was booked as a double and a sofa bed and it was just a double bed so that wasn’t going to work for our sleeping situation and was told hotel was completely booked so that was a huge problem! The place was filthy!!! Dust everywhere, pills on the floor, a mask etc!!! Just absolutely disgusting! Couldn’t even set our bags down and booked another hotel immediately"

"When we checked in, the key cards for the room were malfunctioning. We have to go back to the lobby twice to get new key cards that worked. Also, we thought breakfast was included, like before, but the front desk told us it wasn't. Because of the key card problem, they offered us breakfast coupons. Regarding the breakfast, the food was OK, but it was not totally self-served. We didn't see any beverages in the buffet. They kept the drinks in the kitchen. Drinks had to be ordered through a waitress who expected a tip. This was the first time we encountered a tip expectation for a breakfast buffet while staying at a hotel. We've already paid over $200 for staying overnight, why do we have to pay extra for breakfast and a tip? I didn't even bring my wallet to breakfast, so I couldn't leave a tip. Regarding the facilities, the bathtub faucet was problematic. The pull-up diverter didn't work right. Half the water could not reach the shower. This hotel needs to keep up its maintenance. We won't book this hotel again."
