Both floors have floor to ceiling windows overlooking marina. Living room has a brand new 70" 4K LED Samsung Smart TV. Access to the community pool, hot tub, and BBQ area directly across from unit. Washer/Dryer are down the hall on second floor. The unit comes with new his and hers bikes for you to enjoy, as well as a paddleboard. Connect to the provided Bluetooth speaker, and enjoy some music and a cocktail, while overlooking the marina. Then take a stroll (or a VERY short drive) to Tin City, Bayfront of Naples or Fifth Avenue restaurants and shops. Beautiful Naples' beaches are just 1.2 miles away. Upon your arrival, you will find some welcome snacks, bottled water, coffee and creamer, as well as toiletries, so no need to rush out that first day for supplies. Just get settled and enjoy. Owner has a 2021, 19 Foot Pontoon Boat directly behind the unit. It can be rented through the Boatsetter App. Be your own captain, and enjoy Naples Bay and beautiful gulf sunsets.
