"I had to make 7 trips up to my room and back down to the lobby because the door would not open. The attendant was unhelp so I asked for a different room. She replied we are book for the night and I could not get a refund. Standing there with great frustration finally a new attendant (Friendlier) step in and gave me a different room, one I was once denied. This made my stay unpleasant. "

"Very well put together establishment. The amenities were immaculate. The rooms are on the small side and the balcony was almost like it wasn’t there. Pleasant stay not so sure about occupying rooms that dogs may have been in. Maybe that’s why my allergies flared up. Wonder how the facility may clean these rooms? The scenery however kept me calm while all the smaller kids were riding on the luggage carrier. The staff at the bar was very friendly and the music that plays across the speaker system is nice. Love the piano. "
