"As a hilton guest I exspect a coffee machine in the room that is working (our coffee machine did not work(, I exspect clean glasses in the bathroom ( there were no glasses plastic or glass. The TV should come with instructions for working the remote ( there were two remotes(. The lighting in the room was insufficient. The fan could not be quiet, it ran the entire night. The night staff made a note of the non-working coffee maker and said one would be delivered at 8:30 am which did not happen and the reception did not know about it the next morning. The hotel has been cleaned up since my last stay and I hope they will continue to improve."
