The area is very safe and quiet. The views on the street are beautiful although not from the b&b. Our only complaint would be we stayed 4 nights and had to go to the store and buy washcloths and pillows . Should have bought sheets too, the linens were thin and polyester and worn and the pillows like two bricks. Also the entrance area was littered with old irrigation pipes for the garden. A clean up of the entrance would be nice. Otherwise a very nice room and a great location.

Beautiful location. However the room was very stuffy (no windows opened for air flow) the noise from upstairs was quite loud and intrusive-going well past 10pm. Then the chickens and ducks start making noise at dawn.The room nedds a good deep-clean-and likely time to replace the highly stained carpets!If all you need is a bed to catch a few hpurs sleep, and a ahower-this might suit your needs. The owner saw us unload at nighr, but failed

If all you need is a place to sleep it’s a great deal. The room needs some tlc. The outside also needs to be tidy up. You can walk to the park but everything else you would need a car.

The room definitely needs a few upgrades. The carpet was very stained and you couldn’t use the A/C and the microwave at the same time without blowing a fuse. The peel & stick floor tiles in the bathroom were lifting so they were very noisy to walk on. Don’t expect the chickens and ducks in the backyard just outside the only window in the unit, or the lack of outdoor space. I will say that the bed was comfortable (although the frame was very noisy) and the bedding was very clean, looked fairly new. We were there for 3 nights and didn’t spend much time there other than to sleep. The host was very nice.

The room was comfortable and roomy. I arrived late at night and the room was dark. The light switches were not close to the door so i would have appreciated it if a light was left on for me. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The walls and door jams could use some cleaning but everything else was good.

Good spot for a bed and a shower

I was in town for an event and this served ky needs. The family does live upstairs so youre not getting total quiet. When i stayed beach access was closed so it was a little further than i expected (still walkable but a better drive).Communicated well, and had no problems with the check in or out process.

The room was exactly what i had imagined. The beach access near the property was boarded off, and nothing seemed a reasonable walking distance. Mainly, it is such steep hills and im not cut out for that. Our stay was only intented to a place to sleep and it met my requirements. I would definitely stay again.

Great property, clean, nice surroundings, owners are nice, but if you really need peaceful evening and nights maybe questionable due to owner have some kids that understandable cannot be controlled and you may experience stamping on your ceiling during your quiet time!

It’s a nice place to stay if you’re just using it to sleep. We like to sit outside in the morning and have our coffee so it would be nice if there was a sitting area outside. The owner needs to put in better dining chars the ones that were there were awful. It could use a new front door the one in there was a bit drafty.

Perfect spot for what we needed for our short stay. Was a little loud at times in the evening but we understood there were children upstairs. The noise stopped completely by 11pm. Host very accommodating. Excellent response time when contacted. Friendly. Thanks for having us!
