This comfortable and cozy yet spacious place is very private w the most comfy mattress for sleeping. Its location is in a wonderful neighborhood near trails and water and truly a great central place to stay as you explore the island. Nothing feels too far from this place! And you can come “home” to peace and quiet once you’ve had your fill of daily adventuring. An evening or morning sitting outside to relax in the private yard and patio offers an additional welcome for quiet time to start or end your day.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The place was spotless and incredibly comfortable especially the bed, which was amazing. The neighborhood was fantastic, with so many great trails for exploring. Susan was a wonderful host who truly made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. Overall, it was an incredible experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Wonderful Week

From the easy check-in to the welcoming wine and snacks to our check-out, every thing was excellent. Furnishings and fixtures were high quality, quality bedding and towels were very cozy (although we had no need of the bathrobes. We look forward to booking again on our next trip to Nanaimo.

Ideal Location

This well-kept property in Nanaimo North is close to several excellent restaurants, shopping, numerous walking trails, sea-side parks and easy access to highways. There is a separate bedroom with lots of closet and drawer space. Great stay.

Peaceful, well appointed, comfy home away from home.

The hosts are amazing, prompt communication, well appointed amenities in a private and quiet setting. Our suite was very easy to find in a quiet neighbourhood with excellent parking and access. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay, and we’d highly recommend Susan and Paul’s wonderful home.
