"Construction hampers the view. The carpet was in need of cleaning, the rest of room accommodations was good, nice kitchenette. The free breakfast was horrible microwave eggs overdone, we had to eat with spoon, sausage overcooked, no toast, no bagels, no cereal, no milk, instant grits were ok, waffles ok. I asked about toast and was told they had donuts and granola bars (we went to a pancake restaurant or made breakfast in our room after that experience, I would rather pay for breakfast than start my day at that free breakfast experience. "

"We went when off season so many things were open or open just on weekends - spacious for a family. Musty smell in unit. Plenty of towels and supplies needed. "

"Everything was great except the valet was a little backed up. They did a good job of keeping cars moving and getting people checked in. "

"Said they accept service dogs but would not accept our Esa dogs !!! We never have problems with that if advertising service dogs allowed ! We were left with no room for night and had to scurry to find something last minute!!! Will never stay there!! The line to check in was a mad house!!!!"

"I loved having ocean front room but room was set up wrong !!! The living room should have had ocean front view… instead it was stuck in middle! The bedroom had doors out to ocean view. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and air conditioning did not work.. even after some one came to fix it!!"

"My family and I stayed at this resort and plan to visit again! The room was extremely clean, spacious with a full kitchen and separate living room overlooking the ocean. The resort had heated indoor pools, lazy river and hot tub that we took advantage of, and the outdoor pool had a large area with lots of loungers. It was perfectly located and the staff were very friendly!"
