Have stayed at the Anderson on and off for years. At this point it’s a TIRED hotel. Sent advance request for hypoallergenic bedding (husband has severe down allergy). Received email from management ahead of stay saying “don’t worry — we got this!” Six down pillows on bed in unit. Impossible to air out bedroom after their removal. Furniture in units is shabby, Floors sticky. Smoke alarm was beeping intermittently in unit on check-in. Needed battery. Light bulbs burned out. Asked for housekeeping service (after none provided for four days). Desk said of course, etc., but no one showed. Finally had a perfunctory floor sweep and some clean towels on day 5 of a 6-night stay. Think it’s time to find a better hotel.
