After actually staying here, below are all the issues we had with and reasons why we will never stay here again: 1\. Terrible food - we did all inclusive and never ate here after the first night. Very limited selection, potatoes were rubbery and unable to chew. 2\. Staff - overall nice but not what would whoever in Mexico. Didn’t really ask about our stay when we checked out and have seen way nicer employees at other resorts. 3\. Pool - freezing cold and consider it was very windy during this time when we were there. 4\. Insects - below is a recap of all the insects we woke up to in our room: - huge spider, not your typical spider - found a roach in my room and in my luggage after checking out - bee in bathroom 5\. Property - very outdated. We did not have WiFi in our room and the tv never worked. The bathroom also had the bare minimum towels and water took about 5 minutes to heat up. Every interaction was friendly and helpful, and they clearly take pride in making guests feel comfortable and well cared for. Their hospitality truly made the stay special. The room itself was spotless and very well equipped, showing the same level of care and attention. The hotel also has a small pool and convenient parking, which were nice touches. One of our favorite spots was the rooftop terrace. It has comfortable patio furniture and is the perfect place to relax in the evening with a glass of wine and enjoy the warm breeze. Overall, this hotel offers a clean, comfortable stay, but it’s the wonderful staff who really make it memorable. Their kindness and attentiveness are what set this place apart."
