"Room and hotel was clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly and quick to respond. Pool was a great amenity, especially with kids! Location was close to many conveniences and many food choices. Breakfast was just right with both hot and cold options. Would definitely stay here again. "

"I have been staying here the past couple of years but not anymore. The staff has been friendly and accommodating in the past, but no more. I made a special request of where I wanted my room and it's always been provided, the young man running the front desk seem to have a problem with this request. I even spoke to him a few days before I got there. He was very unfriendly and did not seem to know what he was doing, I'll spend my money elsewhere."

"The WiFi did not work nor did the television. I called front desk twice for assistance and was told the maintenance man was coming and he NEVER came! I had to use my personal hotspot just to watch television. I asked for a linen change and was told no only changed after checkout. Asked for more towels & cloths and was told no by night desk clerk. Was told I had to wait until the next morning when housekeepers returned. The room was decent but no amenities and no helpful staff! "
