"Rooms were clean and comfortable"

"Everything seemed dirty. The room had clear issues, carpet needed vacuumed, corners of bathroom had collected dirt or mold, the door stop had growth and hair on the tile. The shower head was nasty, toilet didn’t flush well, sink didn’t drain and door wouldn’t shut all the way. Common hallways needed cleaning. Pool was nasty. Breakfast needed help. "

"The train that was only 20 feet away kept you awake all night the food was very disappointing but the pool was amazing "

"Although the property advertised as pet friendly, we received a call from the front desk about our dog. They threatened that we might have to leave if he didn't stop barking. This was the first time on our cross country trip this happened. The staff in general did not seem friendly. Also there was no water or towels in the workout room. "
