"The check in process and interior of the trailer were fine. The staff were polite and professional. The poor review is because the trailer is a stones throw away from a main city road and highway route 5. The constant noise and pollution from big rigs made it impossible to sit outside. We couldn't hear each other talk. And of course sleeping was out of the question. I repeat, constant noise from trucks. "The location was great. The newly remodeled room was nice and clean. It could have used a few more outlets. We were on the upper floor so an elevator would have been convenient for our luggage. It was easy to find and close to the freeway. Plenty of parking. The public areas we saw could use new carpet, however I think they are still working on renovations."

"Our room was clean and comfortable. We did find the accordion doors over the bath tub that opened into the bedroom an interesting design choice and one we did not use. We did walk through the casino on the way to the restaurant and understand that smoking was allowed inside the casino. It just isn't something we are use to, so we found the cigarette smoke overwhelming. We did eat at the restaurant, Seasons, but we would not recommend the food. My husband had the burger and it had a dry piece of lettuce on it. I had the chicken fried steak and the gravy was the consistency of thin soup. I will say that the wait staff was very friendly and it wasn't their fault the food was bad. The front desk staff and the valet attendants were also very friendly and helpful. I can't say it would be a place I would stay at again though."
