"Our room was a rustic retreat! We loved the whole resort that had an exceptional welcoming front desk staff. Our room was comfy. A bit dated but that’s the rustic retreat look that made it feel so cozy. There’s a wood fire stove in the room but we didn’t use it because it was so warm that evening. Breakfast and dinner was very good!! I ordered a soup and did not like it, my husband loved his. They brought me something else and were so nice about it."

"Beautiful stay right on the water, a short drive to the things to do. Weird sink in room and not in the bathroom. The nice benefit was 20% off the classic cruise in Kenai Fords National Park which we wish we’d just done that and skipped the nature center. Would recommend this location to stay if you’re in the area"

The bed was incredibly cozy, the coffee provided was top‑notch, and every detail in the cabin made it feel like a true retreat. We had everything we needed and felt instantly at home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seward."

"We were just here one night but we both agreed we would have been happy with multiple nights. The room was clean and updated. The staff is responsive to texts. Had a nice kitchen and the bathroom was a decent size for two people. Parking was easy and plentiful. Very convenient to Exit Glacier and close enough to town."

"This is in a convenient location if you're visiting the Seward/Kenai Fjords area. The views around the property are stunning! We stayed in a twin room and it was VERY basic and outdated. It reminded us of staying at old family cabins back in the 80s. We were on a budget and found it kind of charming and nostalgic. Internet service did not work consistently and we got the best service sitting outside on the porch. Our twin room only had one electrical outlet near the beds and it was high up and difficult to reach for my husband to plug in his CPAP machine. We loved the drinks and the food at the bar/restaurant. We would go back just for the roasted brussel sprouts!"
