Newly Renovated-Escape to this cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment, just 4 minutes by car to the tram and a short walk to the beautiful Virgin Fall Trail. Whether you\`re an outdoor enthusiast or just looking for a peaceful getaway, this spot offers the perfect combination of comfort and convenience.  
The apartment features a fully stocked kitchen. The living area includes a comfortable futon (sleeps one adult), a working space and smart TV. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom.  
  
This apartment is on the top level of our home. There are stairs equivalent to a 2nd level home, please consider that with your physical ability. You\`ll have your own entrance. Quiet hours between 11pm to 7am, no parties allowed. This unit does not allow pets.  
No smoking in the unit, smoking needs to be done 100ft from the door.   
No parties or events.  
No Pets allowed.  
Quite hours 11pm to 7am.
