« This place was BEAUTIFUL!!! Everywhere we turned on this property there was something to be surprised and delighted by. The house was immaculate when we arrived. As musicians, having a beautiful grand piano and hand drum available was a fun treat. I loved the in-ground trampoline and zip lines, but my favorite place to be was chillin' in the hot tub. I loved that you could make your own light show and even connect music via bluetooth if you wanted!! I can't say enough good things about the...

The kitchen was so well appointed that had we not been gathering elsewhere for family lunches/dinners over the holiday week, I would have really enjoyed cooking/baking in it. The beds were quite comfy and the black out curtains appreciated. « We were supposed to check out at 10 AM, and everyone was still sleeping. But at 8 AM, very loud noises suddenly started. It felt like the whole roof was shaking and the house might fall down. We went outside and saw that workers were cleaning the roof. No one told us anything about this before. When we asked the cleaning manager, he said the landlord booked this cleaning two weeks ago, but we, the guests, were never informed. Also, our car was parked in the driveway, and the things falling from...

« We really enjoyed our short stay at the house - it was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable, and the whole house was warm and cozy. There were thoughtful little touches all around the house - from fluffy socks for us to extra blankets, motion-sensor nightlights, and a fully equipped kitchen. Everything is newly renovated and updated. Views of the surrounding mountains are beautiful and the location is quiet and peaceful. We would visit again! »

"La bâtisse est neuve et le personnel est souriant malgré qu’on m’a laissé attendre 2h pour une petite réparation ds la chambre. La piscine trop petite et sale, le matelas du canapé lit est dans état lamentable, on m’a ramené un lit mobile d’une place (qui a encombré la chambre) d’une qualité de matelas légèrement meilleure. les serviettes sentait mauvais et le déjeuner très mal organisé dans un petit coin sombre avec un choix très médiocre. J’était déçu de ce Hilton."

"Vraiment terrible — à éviter absolument ! Nous avons quitté l’hôtel immédiatement, sans même être remboursés, et Expedia ne nous a offert aucune aide. Nous avons visité six chambres et les six avaient clairement déjà été utilisées. Les lits étaient défaits, il y avait des déchets partout et les planchers étaient sales. L’odeur de cannabis était présente partout dans l’hôtel, et il y avait aussi des traces de cigarettes dans les chambres. Le pire : nous avons trouvé une seringue souillée sur le plancher. C’est extrêmement dangereux, surtout quand on voyage avec des enfants. L’endroit semblait complètement abandonné : aucune femme de ménage, des déchets dans les couloirs et une atmosphère très inquiétante. Même la salle de restaurant et le gym étaient fermés par la ville en raison des risques pour la sécurité et la salubrité. Honnêtement, tout indiquait que quelque chose de louche se passait dans cet établissement. Ce n’est absolument pas un endroit sécuritaire pour séjourner, encore moins avec une famille. À éviter sans hésitation."
