« Could not recommend Hotel Residenz Schrannenhof enough! From literally the moment we walked in, we were treated like family and felt fully and wonderfully taken care of. They allowed us to check in early so we could nap after our long trip from the US, given recommendations on restaurants/bars and info on train tickets, and the breakfast was amazing every morning! The staff are incredible and our room was big and perfect. Plus, the hotel is literally right across the street from the train...

« När vi kom fram så var det rum vi hade bokat inte städat. Vi ringde då till ägarna och de fixade snabbt nya likvärdiga rum till oss. Bra hotell med bra läge. Tar ca 40 min med kollektivtrafik (spårvagn + u-bahn) att ta sig till centrala Wien. Affär o bagare runt hörnet. Ca 800 meter från boendet besökte vi restaurangen Das Prost!! Trevligt, utmärkt service och genuin österrikisk mat som smakade ljuvligt! Pga lite strul med parkeringsbetalning har vi haft kontakt efteråt och ägarna har varit...

« L’hotel est tout près du métro et du tram pour le centre ville. Nous avons été très bien accueillis avec mon fils et la chambre avait été super bien préparée avec le lit bébé avec cousin et duvet et même une petite peluche. La chambre est agréable pour 2 et très propre. Le personnel est serviable, arrangeant et souriant. J’y retournerai volontiers. Merci pour ce séjour. »

« Très bon accueil à l'hôtel (qui n'est pas le même immeuble que celui de la chambre). Accès très facile avec la carte magnétique qui ouvre toutes les portes même celle de l'immeuble. Chambre n°6 à l'arrière très tranquille, la rue devant étant peu passante je pense que les chambres de devant le sont tout autant. Pas de climatisation mais même avec 36° le jour la nuit est bien plus fraiche et une petite couverture s'impose. Très propre, accès avec tramway ou en marchant un peu bus, train et train...

« Séjour de 4 nuits Je fais une dizaine d'hôtels par an et il est rare de trouver un hôtel en ville aussi calme (pas de bruit à l'intérieur ni à l'extérieur). Chambre très bien équipé, propre, en parfaite état. Avec une très bonne literie. Personnel agréable. Nous n'avons pas testé le petit-déjeuner. En tant que Français je trouve toujours un petit moins mais là, tout était parfait. »

« Great stay, i arrived one day earlier than a planned team building event. The hotel was fast and accomodating to link both room bookings to allow me to stay in the same room. I had troubles with the Apple TV (my fault). The receptionist came right up to help me. A progress is necessary regarding channels and films in non German language. This is the only negative point. The pool is great and heated. The event was well organised with access to coffee machines etc.. throughout, big screen, wifi...
