Modena Vacation Rentals

"We had No hot water & the floor drain in the bathroom did not work, bathroom flooded. We were told to let the water run for at least 20 minutes to get hot water (which would have flooded the whole room). Staff did not immediately come to the room to check. Eventually at 4:00 a.m. & after my insistence, staff came & we were moved to a better room with hot water. Upon checkout, Staff appeared to be more concerned that the new room was occupied without their knowledge than that the old room (with hazardous conditions) was assigned to a aged ADA customer. Overall experience was very disappointing. (Especially as compared to former experiences with Doubletree) "

"Very clean and quiet. New lock pad system was sensitive to use and could not get into room at first. First night no heat. Next day got a portable room heater to use. No staff on duty in evening. Had to call someone for help getting into room."

"I had never heard of the Hilton Spark before but we were very impressed with the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the property and hotel were well appointed and maintained, and our room was large and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again."

"Holes in walls and floor, tv didn't work properly, knob on in shower on backwards (hot gives you cold) room had a chemical smell. Rusty rods for towels. You could hear the people in the room upstairs walking around."
