"Staff was friendly and customer service oriented. The room I booked I was not given because cable was not available in that room. I was given another room with an ocean view from my front window. It was a side window view. She said that was considered an upgrade. I don’t believe so, but whatever."

"It was easy to I get to., clean, quiet. Bathroom door latch sticks….almost got locked in. Vending company should stock the machine better….no bottled water available. "

"Our stay at Pleasant View Inn was excellent. The ocean view from our balcony was fantastic! The room was large and comfortable. We had a concern about the hit water in the shower, and a staff came and addressed it in less than 5 minutes. The restaurant inthe hotel was lovely, and the food and drinks were delicious. The only negative is that there is no elevator, so luggage needs to be carried up and down stairs. This also poses an issue for anyone with mobility needs (wheelchair or walker)....

"When we arrived, we were escorted to our room where the ac and tv were already on for us. The very pleasant woman at the front desk also offered to help us carry our luggage to the 3rd floor where our room was. Everything smelled and looked sparkling clean. I only wish we had realized ahead of time that our room was not on seaside. We still had some great views and loved the spot regardless. The only constructive criticism I could offer would be that they did not have travel sized shampoos and...
