  • This generous two-storey home captures sweeping views of parkland and the sea, offering the perfect setting for a relaxed coastal escape. Fully equipped with all the essentials, it provides comfort, space, and convenience for families or groups.

    Wide verandahs wrap around three sides of the home ideal for unwinding with a morning coffee, enjoying afternoon sea breezes, or simply soaking in the scenery. Inside, the open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge areas create a welcoming space for entertaining and gathering together.

    Upstairs features three comfortable bedrooms, while downstairs offers an additional bedroom, internal and external stair access, and the convenience of an outdoor shower perfect after a day at the beach. The level, easy-access yard includes a double lock-up garage and a laundry with a second shower for added practicality.

    All this, just an easy walk to the sheltered bay and lagoon at Minnie Water Main Beach making it simple to enjoy swimming, fishing, or a peaceful stroll along the shore.

Home away from home

Sanday Isle is a quintessential family holiday home. Extremely well appointed for a self catering family group. Plenty of quiet nooks on the verandah to hide with a book. It’s not four star but it is perfect for a classic low stress Minnie stay. Short walk to whale watching site and to the south end of main beach.

It has large living areas, an outdoor eating area, plenty of rooms, and the staff at the real estate agent are always very helpful.

Walking distance to the beach and superb corner store with great coffee. Big BBQ and full gas bottle and easy to use. Clarence coast real estate were amazing to deal with. Always happy to answer my questions. Price point was fantastic. Thank you to the owner and the real estate.

Top Spot

Great 2 story house with a garage to keep the sea air off your car. Comfy beds with Bambillo mattress tops on them. 5 bed rooms 2 showers and 2 lounge rooms with TVs .If it rains the kids can be down stairs an adults can watch the cricket on the big screen. Lovely big verandahs for having out on or having lunch..Big open kitchen with everything you need. Second time we stayed here and fantastic for the price. .

Spacious home!

A very spacious two storey home and great location, just one minute walk from the beach. Unsure why the house was advertised as four bedrooms considering there were five, three upstairs and two on the ground floor. Certainly would consider renting this space again.

Spacious and comfortable.

After seeing the photos online I expected this house was going to be dark and not very nice but the reality is SO different. It was very bright and warm feeling spaces. It is also massive inside! Beds are so super comfortable. We felt at home right away. The views are great and plenty of outdoor seating to sit back and watch the whales.
