"Have not left an evaluation for the staff because the reason below: I left my expensive headphone in bed due to in hurry to catch early morning flight. In airport I realized leaving headphone in hotel and called front-desk immediately and the staff promised to have someone retrieve for me. Called back several times to let them know to have my friend to pick up. So far still have no luck, always was told that they would need to find out who had picked it up and would let me know. "

"The room was clean , the toilet in 306 was malfunctioning so I had to fill the trash can with water from the lavatory in order to complete the flushing sequence on the toilet … And for some reason the room smelled of cat pee or kitty litter, I don’t know why ! Other than that, it was a nice room ! The pool and spa needed to be vacuumed and swept, there was dirt and debris in the bottom! The room before that one was perfect ! Expedia app will not allow the video of the pool I took, and tried to upload here 🤔😳"

"The room itself wasn’t too bad, it definitely had what it needed but it was definitely more dingy. The bathrooms were clean but rather dated which gives this look of being dirty. Sheets had random stains too but honestly I was looking to stay somewhere cheap and convenient so I can’t be too displeased. The staff were super nice and helpful. Air conditioning was loud but good. Great food around here! I wouldn’t be opposed to staying here again if I’m tight on money."

"Great location! I loved how it was surrounded by so much foliage. Beautiful! I enjoyed the market right next to it. Very convenient for snacks, sandwiches, & coffee drinks. They have some breakfast food available in the lobby in the morning, and that was a nice perk. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed that our room had its own little patio out front."
