"The place was nice and clean. I was expecting my security deposit back and I did not receive it cause I was charged for some towels and bed sheet that was stained $225 dollars not fair! Even tho we fixed the broken handle on the stove and our door went bad since the fridge didn't keep our food cold enough. I did not want to complain cause I really they wasn't gonna play me with my deposit but that was very unfair all of that comes off in the wash I'm sure "

"Super cute spot. It has a lot of character! Ran into the owners a couple times around the property and they were friendly. Not nosy or hovering, but available if needed, the perfect balance. If you are a minimalist/neat freak type this might not be a good fit. If you love a bit of quirkiness and don't mind a touch of roughing it/ranchiness, it's perfect! I would gladly stay again. "

"Our stay was ruined when the host had the most deafening construction taking place right downstairs in the bottom unit of the house. It was like jackhammers were being driven into our brains. Extremely disappointing, and when I tried to get a refund the host completely ghosted me and hasn’t responded for weeks. DO NOT STAY HERE."

"Super affordable place that had everything we needed- a place for 4 of us, a nice kitchen setup with a table to eat at and play card/board games at night, laundry, and more. The location was in a "busy" area but was super quiet (we barely noticed or heard anyone on the upper floors, and even the nearby train wasn't an issue) and felt very safe overall. "This apt was immaculate! The beds were comfortable and everything we needed was provided. It was perfect for our vacation. My husband, adult daughter, along with my sister and brother-in-law used it as a home base. We explored SF during the day and came back in the evenings to relax, snack, and play cards. "Everything was great for our stay. The apartment is spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with kitchen and bath items. Jeri our host was always quick to communicate and was very welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay here again."

"My only problem was that the heater was on non-stop the 1st night and i had no access to control it. The other thing that turned me off was the mice poop in the shower…..i can send a picture if needed…but that is gross. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable, the wifi worked, the t.v. was fine."
