Hotel Glam in Milano is a solid option if you are looking to stay in the city. It is just across from the Milano Centrale station which made it super easy to hop on trains to take day trips to Lake Como and to Venice. The room was clean and served its purpose. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is not too far to walk to the Duomo and the Galleria Vittorio Emmanuele and there are food options around the hotel, making it a convenient location.

Hotel was conveniently located across the street from Milan Centrale location. We needed a place to stay at the last minute and they had availability. AC was on auto and unable to adjust to cooler temp. Very clean rooms.

Great location. Quiet in the rooms. The hotel is getting a little older. We stayed on the first floor and unfortunately people smoking outside and you can smell it in the room.

This hotel was a perfect layover spot. We flew in and spent one night and needed to catch a train to go elsewhere in Italy the next day. This spot was conveniently located near the metro and bus lines. We were able to walk to several places in the evening to grab some dinner.

Very close to Milano Centrale! Exactly what we were looking for. Room is very spacious, and had handles and chairs in the bathroom for accessibility. I happened to have a broken leg at the time so that was rather convenient. However the towels did smell slightly musky.

We absolutely loved the room. Fantastic views and ideal location. The only let down was the mattress/pillows/duvet and the AC didnt work for us. It can be noisy but thats due to its central location.

I stayed 2 nights and then another 2 nights after short trips. The first 2 nights I didn’t even got a king bed that I requested. It was 2 single beds packed together which was not ideal for me, a solo traveller. The room doesn’t have thing bb s that I assumed like kettle and facial tissue, We are a group of friends which booked 4 rooms together. The reception area doesn’t even have one chair for us to gather, wait for each other or sort out our luggage. However, the staffs are friendly. These few nights are part of our longer stay. This is definitely not the best choice that we should choose. There are a lots of choices around the station.

Very unprofessional and rude behaviour from the management who didn’t bother to reply as I was offered a non disabled room and I’d to downgrade my room and go for a smaller size room from a penthouse luxury room.

The staff and service were very good. The location great for us as we wanted to be very near the train station but if the railway station isn’t important to you there are nicer areas nearer to the centre. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the main shops & Duome . The hotel rooms is very basic. No sky tv options so all Italian . Similar to a premier inn. We enjoyed the hotel as a great base for travelling around using the trains as it served its purpose but if you want something more than that you may need to pay more. Like most major cities most hotel rooms are basic though.
