« Très belle endroit, on a l’impression d’être au japon, le personnel est souriant et serviable. La propreté est super. Par contre comme tout, il y a toujours des points négatif, le point négatif qu’on a pû constaté est que la chambre A201 de ma soeur avait une odeur de moisissure. »

« When I booked a room a month ago, I have received a confirmation message via hotels.com message. But when I arrived at the hotel, the owner didn't know at all about my reservation and said bluntly "no room available, you can go to my mother's Inn". The other place was dirty and old one, of course I didn't want to stay there! But somehow they were not willing to refund, hence I had to call/message "help line". My time and taxi fare to get there wasted! Watch out this can be you next time! »

« We only stayed here for one night, and we’re glad to leave. Room was average, smelt like mould. Bathroom was average, water went everywhere when you showered and the shower curtain/window blind/tiles all were mouldy. Bed was the worst we’ve slept on, was two singles pushed together and the bed sheet didn’t even reach across the whole mattress.
Overall check in/check out experience was average, not friendly and accommodating. Appreciate it’s a low cost option in Da Nang, but I’d you can...
