The Space:

Step into a bright and comfortable apartment designed for a relaxing stay on the Costa del Sol, offering a welcoming living space, modern comforts, and a lovely balcony overlooking the communal pool.



Within easy reach of the apartment, you’ll find a Mercadona supermarket and nearby bus stops, offering convenient connections to Marbella and Fuengirola. Free street parking is available right outside the building.



Upon entering the apartment, you are welcomed into a cozy and comfortable living area featuring a smart TV, a sofa, and a dining table with seating for four. From here, you can step out onto the balcony, which enjoys the afternoon sun and overlooks the communal pool.



The kitchen is fully equipped for a self-catered stay and includes an oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and all the essential kitchenware.



The apartment offers two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. For added convenience, a washing machine is located in a separate laundry area.



The property is equipped with air conditioning in every room, Wi-Fi, and a smart TV. The cleaning fee includes one set of bed linen and towels per person.



To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a small courtesy starter pack with basic essentials such as shampoo and cleaning products. This is intended to cover your arrival, and guests are welcome to purchase any additional items they may need during their stay.

The apartment is located approximately 650 meters from the nearest beach, and it takes about 10–15 minutes to walk to the center of La Cala de Mijas. The nearest supermarket, Mercadona, is around 700 meters away and offers a wide variety of food and drink options.



Málaga Airport can be reached in approximately 25–30 minutes by car, depending on traffic.



Getting Around:

La Cala de Mijas is easy to get around on foot, especially in the town center, beach, restaurants, and shops. From the apartment, most daily amenities can be reached within a comfortable walking distance.



Nearby bus stops offer regular connections along the coast, making it easy to travel to Fuengirola, Marbella, and other nearby towns without a car.



Having a car can be convenient if you plan to explore the wider Costa del Sol, visit nearby beaches, golf courses, or take day trips to Málaga, Marbella, or the surrounding villages. Free street parking is available near the apartment.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.
