"Great overall experience. Lady at the reception desk during check-in didn't seem too friendly. I think our arrival upset her conversation with the friendly gentleman that allowed her to check us in. No smile, no hello, no greeting. She appeared to be dry and "matter of factly." Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would give some thought on a revisit."

"I've stayed there many times. Last night was the only time I ever had a delay/trouble checking in. Not sure if the person I dealt with was new or not, but it took way too long. He seemed to be hung up on my first name, Jimmy vs James, both of which are legal names for me. He seemed to be perturbed and called for someone else, after I asked for a supervisor to settle things. Took way longer to checkin than was necessary, especially since I had the proper documentation."
